One of the principles legally established is that disobedience drops the wife's right to the alimony.

if the wife refuses to return to the house of obedience, preventing the husband from his rights, which often forces him to divorce, it is obvious that divorce does not deprive her of her rights except the right to maintenance for his fall from marriage, so it is impossible to return to her after divorce, to say that the case of divorce is legally not stronger than that of marriage.

however, what the judiciary applies today violates this principle and recognizes the absolute right to the alimony, even if it is not.

is there any opinion of Islamic jurisprudence that goes to what the Algerian judiciary has gone on ?
