Abstract EN

This study aimed to answer a major problematic represented in attempting to figure out the extent to which the mechanism of the ANSEJ.

conduces to create institutions that contribute to respond to the needs of the national economy, by targeting funding the activities that guarantee, at the same time, permanent job positions, a value added that contributes to increase the gross domestic product.

we have concluded, through our study that the activity of the mechanism during the study period went through two main phases.

the phase 2012-2014 which consists of quantity at the expense of quality, where we recorded the existence of considerable imbalances that do not serve the diversification of national income sources, as well as the permanence of created job positions, while the activity of the mechanism in the 2015-2017 phase knew a significant quantitative leap, by targeting the value-added sectors such as agriculture and industry, also providing university degree holders a significant share of the funds, as they are more qualified than others to maintain the permanence of established institutions, in addition to directing special attention to funding women.
