The current research aims to identify the marital satisfaction of the female employees of al-Mustansiriya university, and to know the differences in marital satisfaction according to the type of job (permanent owners of contracts).

validity and reliability and appropriate statistical means were used and the results showed that the female employees of al-Mustansiriya university have marital satisfaction, and there are significant differences in marital satisfaction according to the type of job and in favor of the permanent owners.
