Arabic Abstract

يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية، والتعرف على الفروق وفقا لعدد من المتغيرات الديمغرافية (وجود الزوج، عدم وجود الزوج، وعدد الأطفال) لدى الأمهات النازحات، إذ اختيرت عينة عشوائية منهن بلغ حجمها (276) من مخيم (عامرية الفلوجة) للنازحين اعتمد الباحثان على مقياس منظمة الصحة العالمية (WHO) لجودة الحياة، وإعداد مقياس للصحة النفسية يتلاءم مع طبيعة العينة، طبقت الأدوات على المفحوصات في المخيم من قبل الباحثان وبمساعدة المرشدين النفسيين في المخيم، واستخدمت الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة وأظهرت النتائج: انخفاض في مستوى جودة الحياة لدى العينة وانخفاض مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى العينة، وان هناك فروق في انخفاض مستوى جودة الحياة والصحة النفسية لدى أفراد العينة ولصالح (بدون زوج، و3 أطفال فأكثر) لكلا المتغيرين، كما أظهرت النتائج أن العلاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين جودة الحياة والصحة النفسية.

English Abstract

The current research aims to identify the level of quality of life and its relationship to mental health, and to identify the differences according to a number of demographic variables (the presence of the husband or not, the number of children) among the displaced mothers., the researchers relied on the world health organization (WHO) quality of life scale, and prepared a measure of mental health that fits with the nature of the sample.

the tools were applied to the examinations in the camp by the researchers and with the help of psychological counselors in the camp, and the appropriate statistical methods were used, and the results showed: a decrease in the level of quality the sample’s life, and the low level of mental health in the sample, and that there are differences in the low level of quality of life and mental health among the sample members in favor of (without a husband, 3 children or more) for both variables, and the results showed that there is a positive correlation between quality of life and mental health.
