Abstract EN

The study aimed to reality the impact of distance education in light of the Corona crisis on students of the first three basic grades in Jordanian public schools from the point of view of their teachers.

The researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and the tool was a questionnaire consisting of (40) items distributed into four areas that were distributed to a sample Random number of (250) teachers from all basic schools for the first three basic grades in Jordan amounting to (22150) teachers.

The results of the study showed that all areas of the questionnaire, as seen by teachers in the schools of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, are at the level of application (medium), and at the level of fields In light of the Corona crisis, the field of continuity of distance education obtained the highest average, then the field of student interaction with distance education, both of (medium) degree, and the third field of teacher interaction with distance education with a (medium) degree, and fourth in the field of distance education obstacles of medium and medium degree) Also.

The researcher recommended holding training courses for the educational body on how to professionally use interactive software that helps the process of distance learning, and the researcher recommended providing tablets and portable devices for teachers and covering any cost incurred by the teacher as a result of distance learning.

The researcher also recommended forming working teams of educational specialists to intervene in In the event of a crisis similar to the Covid-19 crisis and the development of an alternative educational plan.
