Abstract EN

The building of human thought and immunization against ignorance and extremism is one of the biggest goals sought by Islamic law.

Universities have been formulating their plans accordingly through objective studies in their legal departments.

These studies involve plans, which revolve around accurate interpretation and objective talk.

This study has two aims given today’s societal challenges where thoughts are impacted by contact with the old and contemporary deviant sects.

The first is to demonstrate the role of Shariah Institutes in the construction of human thought through two courses: objective talk and objective modern interpretation.

The second is to explain the methodology incorporated in these courses.

This study utilized the deductive analytical method.

The study concluded that Shariah Institutes should be the most significant contributors to thought-building.

Humanity, through the plans of purposeful materials, descriptions, and applied lectures, by the work of reason and building the correct perception, and through the strict application of a methodology, can develop healthy thought processes.

It is particularly recommended that the objective lessons of revelation be studied and applied.

The study suggests the mandatory inclusion of these courses in Sharia institutes.
