Abstract EN

The study of the creed encompasses two aspects: the proofs and the issues.

It is well known that there is no doctrinal issue that has not been indicated by Sharia's proofs, whether narrative-based or mental-based evidence.

It is inconceivable in proving the creed-related issues that there is contradictory evidence, or that the evidence of proof and disproof are the same for one issue.

Despite the clarity of this fact, there are those who left it aside, which was the result of relying on recent mental-based evidence causing a systematic imbalance in proving creed-related issues.

Following an inductive, analytical, and critical approach, this research deals with the subject of the equivalence of proofs among Mutakallimīn, with the aim of clarifying its concept and origin, the doctrinal issues on which it has been argued that there are equaling proofs, and the implications of that.

Several conclusions have reached through this study, including: The equivalence of evidence in the creed-related issues is impossible, because of its consequences, including uncertainty, suspicion and contradiction.

From what I recommended, the need to pay attention to the evidentiary process of creed-related issues in terms of rooting, normative, criticism, refutation, research and training.
