A jurisprudential study of my purposes on compassion and its jurisprudential issues, and the aim of the research: To show that pity is a significant legitimate aim.

And the scholarly disputes are manifested in their types.

And limit its issues.

In this research, I followed the following approach: Dealing with the doctrinal issue in imitation and editing of the place of dispute, with attention to evidence of issues, and documentation of sayings and quotations.

And take care of the weighting and calamities.

The research came in: Preface: in it an explanation of the meaning and types of compassion.

Then the first topic: the impact of the purpose of compassion on the state of custody, the state of marriage, and the guardianship of money.

And the second topic: the effect of the purpose of compassion on dropping retribution and dowry.

And the third topic: the effect of the purpose of compassion on returning the testimony of parents, children, and spouses.

And the fourth topic: the impact of the purpose of compassion on the issue of euthanasia and aborting a deformed fetus.

The research concluded with a set of results and recommendations.
