Abstract EN

I explained in this research: the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, previous studies, and the divisions of the research, which were organized into an introduction and two sections, and proven sources and references.

As for the first section, it is the study section and it includes two topics: the first: the translation of the author in terms of his name, birth, scientific upbringing, doctrine, death, the most prominent of his elders, students, his scientific standing, the scholars ’praise for it and its scientific implications, and the second: studying the manuscript in terms of his name, documenting his lineage to his author, and describing his copy.

As for the second section, it is the investigation section, and I followed the approved approach in terms of producing the text, controlling it, and documenting it, in which the author spoke about verse 180 of Surat Al-Baqarah, where the penalty mentioned a nominal sentence not associated with the obligatory fulfillment in this regard, and its concept: the will for parents and relatives, Although there is no will for the heir, as mentioned in the hadiths of the Prophet, upon him be the best of prayers and bestowal peace, and he called it: (The Reflected Mirror) then sealed with the most prominent results, and attached it to the sources and references.
