Abstract EN

Margin trading is one of the new transactions in the contemporary financial market and clarifying its jurisprudential ruling is strongly needed.

So, this research titled «the Ruling on Margin Trading» comes to serve this purpose.

It includes an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion.

The introduction addressed the importance of the research, it's methodology and plan.

The preface addressed the concept of margin trading and explained it's attributes in the context of the contemporary financial market.

As the transaction consists of many parties, the first chapter is dedicated to classifying the relationship between the parties and the rulings related to this classification.

The second chapter studies the impact of the loan, the commission, and the contract on the ruling of margin trading, reaching to a conclusion of the juristic ruling on this transaction.

The research ended with a conclusion including the most important results and recommendations.

I ask Allah to make this research beneficial and accept it from his slave.
