هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم أدوار القائمين على تنفيذ مساق التربية العملية (2) في كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة مؤتة من وجهة نظر الطالب المعلم في تخصصي (معلم الصف، رياض الأطفال)، لدور كل من المعلم المتعاون، و إدارة المدرسة المتعاونة، المشرف الأكاديمي)، و علاقة ذلك بمتغيري (نوع المدرسة، و التخصص)، و تحقيقا لهدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة تكونت من (49) فقرة، جرى التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (43) طالبة في مساق التربية العملية (2) في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2019/2020، و أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تقديرات الطلبة المعلمين لأدوار القائمين على تنفيذ مساق التربية العملية في جامعة مؤتة جاءت مرتفعة و لجميع المحاور، و جاء محور المشرف التربوي) في المرتبة الأولى، يليه محور (المعلم المتعاون)، و أخيرا محور (إدارة المدرسة) في المرتبة الثالثة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيري (نوع المدرسة، و التخصص) على تقديرات طلبة مساق التربية العملية في جامعة مؤتة لأدوار القائمين على المساق على المستوى الكلي و في جميع المحاور، و بناءً على ما أظهرته الدراسة من نتائج لبعض الفقرات و التي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، مثل حضور اجتماعات أولياء الأمور، و التأكيد على سلامة اللغة أثناء الشرح، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات و ورش تدريبية للقائمين على تنفيذ مساق التربية العملية من معلمين متعاونين و إدارة المدرسة و المشرف التربوي لتوضيح المهام المطلوبة منهم، و الوقوف على كل ما هو جديد فيما يتعلق بأدوارهم.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of implementing the practicum course at Mu'tah university from the perspective of the student teacher in the specialties of (class teacher, kindergarten) as well as identifying students' estimations for the role of (cooperating teacher, cooperating school management, and educational supervisor) and the relationship of that with the variables of (school type, specialty).

In order to achieve the study objectives, a 49-item questionnaire was developed; its validity and reliability were verified.

The questionnaire was applied to a sample that consisted of (43) female students in the course of practicum (2) during the second semester 2019-2020.

The results revealed that the level of the effectiveness of the course of practicum at Mu'tah university was high.

The dimension of educational supervisor was in the first place, followed by cooperating teacher, and finally the dimension of school management with a high level.

The results revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) attributed to the impact of (school type, specialty) on the effectiveness of practicum course at Mu'tah university from the perspective of students at the overall level and in all the dimensions.

In the light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of focusing on the items that gained medium estimations in terms of the effectiveness level, such as giving the student teacher additional tasks other than teaching the classroom, such as attending meetings with parents and ensuring the appropriateness of language usage while exploring the lesson.
