The current study aimed to identify the statues of the summer campaigns programs and the obstacles facing them from the program implementers' perspectives.
It also aimed to identify the statistically significant differences - if there were any - between the opinions of the study sample members about the obstacles facing the summer campaigns programs due to the variables of gender and educational experiences.
The study used the descriptive survey method, and adopted the questionnaire as its tool.
The tool was applied to the study population of teachers and supervisors of summer campaigns for the year 1438-1439 AH, whose number was (111).
The study concluded that the sample members agree with the statements of "the statues of the summer campaigns programs" with an average of all axis statements (4.16) out of five.
Weak moral motivation provided to implementers, lack of conviction of learners of the feasibility of participating in summer campaign programs, and weak financial motivation provided to implementers were the most prominent obstacles facing the summer campaigns programs from the point of view of the program implementers.
The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the average of the study sample about the obstacles facing the summer campaigns program according to the gender variable, and there were statistically significant differences due to the educational experience variable, those differences were in favor of the group whose experience was less than five years
