Arabic Abstract

سعى هذا البحث إلى إظهار أهمية البناء الرشيق (تقليل الفاقد، التركيز على العملية و التحسين المستمر) لتحسين أداء المشروع التكلفة و الجودة و الوقت).

و لتحقيق هذه الغاية تم تطوير استبانه محكمة الكترونيا وزعت عبر( google form) .

على عينة ملائمة تتكون من 168 مديرًا يعملون في شركات إنشاءات أردنية من الدرجة الأولى.

و لتحليل البيانات و استخراج النتائج تم استخدام تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد باستخدام برمجية ( 22.SPSS) V أشارت النتائج إلى أن البناء الرشيق (تقليل الفاقد، و التركيز على العملية، و التحسين المستمر له آثار إيجابية كبيرة على أداء المشروع (التكلفة و الجودة و الوقت).

علاوة على ذلك، وجد أن (تقليل الفاقد، تركيز العملية، و التحسين المستمر) لها تأثير إيجابي كبير على أداء الوقت.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، وجد أن تقليل الفاقد، تركيز العملية له تأثير إيجابي كبير على أداء التكلفة بينما التحسين المستمر ليس له أي تأثير على أداء التكلفة.

علاوة على ذلك ، وجدت النتيجة الأولى أن البناء تقليل الفاقد، و التركيز المستمر على التحسين له تأثير إيجابي كبير على أداء الجودة.

أظهرت النتائج أن الحد من الفاقد كان أقوى مؤشر لمؤشرات أداء المشروع (التكلفة و الجودة) و على أداء المشروع كمتغير تابع.

بينما كان أقوى مؤشر على أداء وقت المشروع هو التركيز على العملية.

و أوصت الدراسة بأن تنظر شركات المقاولات الأردنية بجدية في إدارة البناء الضعيفة في مشاريعها لأن ذلك سيحمي المشاريع من الفشل مثل تأخير الإنجاز، و التكلفة الزائدة ، و الجودة المنخفضة .

English Abstract

This research seeks to show the importance of lean construction (waste reduction, process focus and continues improvement) for project performance (cost, quality and time).

The data were collected via online self-administered questionnaire using a convenance sample consisting of 168 managers working at Jordanian first-class construction companies.

Descriptive and multiple linear regression used to analyze the data using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software (V.22).

The results indicated that lean construction (waste reduction, process focus, and continues improvement) have significant positive effects on project performance (cost, quality, and time).

Moreover, (waste reduction, process focus, and continues improvement) was found to have significant positive effect on time performance.

In addition, (waste reduction, process focus) was found to have significant positive effect on cost performance while, the continues improvement has no effect on the cost performance.

Furthermore, the result found that the construction (waste reduction, process focus continues improvement) have significant positive effect on quality performance.

The results showed that waste reduction was the strongest predictor of Project performance indicators (cost, quality) and on the project performance as a dependent variable.

While the strongest predictor of Project time Performance was process focus.

The study recommended that Jordanian construction companies to consider seriously lean construction management in their projects since that will protect the projects from failure such as completion delay, overrun cost, low quality
