Abstract EN

The objective of the research is to identify the reality of the practice of school leaders in the light of the Kingdom Saudi Arabia vision 2030,the sample consisted of (434) teachers and secondary school teachers, representing (10.79%) of the research community, including (228) teachers and (206) teachers, and were chosen by random stratified method, According to years of experience, and to uncover the differences that are attributed to the variables of research.

The main findings of the research are as follows: The ranking of the research areas was as follows: First: Leadership of the processes of teaching and learning to a large extent, and ranked second in the middle ranking, leadership of the community partnership, and in the last rank: leadership of professional learning communities.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of (00.05) on the practice of thepublic school leaders for technical competencies in the light of the Saudi Kingdom vision 2030 for those in all fields.of(10and more)years of experienceBased on the results of the research, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented
