Abstract EN

The main objective of this descriptive study is to investigate the factors affecting the job satisfaction of the communicators in the Jordanian private radio stations.

The study used the survey methodology, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information on a sample of 138 Jordanian communicators.

The study found the following results:In terms of overall level of satisfaction with the work in Jordanian private radio stations, the mathematical mean of the answers was 1.77.

This value indicates that most of the respondents were somewhat satisfied with their work in Jordanian private radio stations.The results show a high degree of approval of the study sample members toward their satisfaction of their job in Jordanian radio stations with a mathematical mean of 3.6504 and a standard deviation of 0.65989.

The results indicate a moderate degree of approval of the study sample members toward the level of satisfaction of the respondents with salaries, overtime and incentives in the Jordanian private radio stations they work in, with a mathematical mean of 2.8654 and a standard deviation of 0.84407.
