Abstract EN

The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to many crises, whether economic, social or psychological.

additionally, the way people deal with this pandemic differed from person to person based on age and gender and degree of consciousness, due to the element of surprise (we weren't prepared for the pandemic) and ignorance of its nature (because we did not have clear information about it).

through this article, we will try to highlight two important aspects to overcome the crisis and coexist with it if necessary; are the psychological aspect and the social aspect.

where we will address some studies that have dealt with the subject of the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to offer suggestions that can help improve the psycho-social livelihoods of individuals, and control the spread of the Corona Virus as much as possible; through awareness and control of fears and negative emotions.
