Abstract EN

This paper attempted to present a picture of the concept of educational evaluation from the perspective of introducing the computer into the evaluation process with the emergence of big data as a basis for modern research, and briefly reviewed the many reforms and developments that occurred in educational evaluation, then reviewed the new concept of evaluation or the socalled realistic evaluation, its purposes, methods and its relationship to the contemporary concept.

Evidence indicates that the more effective the evaluation, the higher the educational quality with it, because the teaching strategies implemented by teachers and the learning strategies implemented by students change according to the evaluation's philosophy, levels and methods.

The researchers used the descriptive analytical method in addition to the experimental method.

The researchers also used the following tools to collect information, design a form, the questionnaire.

The paper reviewed the design steps of the program and the results that emerged from experimenting with the program, in measuring and evaluating educational outcomes for students, the ability of the proposed software to be in harmony with the desired educational goals, and the ability of the proposed software to build a wide database, and to give indications about the student's future trends.
