Abstract EN

The current research aimed to identify the requirements of intellectual capital management in Yemeni universities, The research used the descriptive approach, and an Purposeful sample was taken from academic experts consisting of (12) experts from various Yemeni universities.

A questionnaire was distributed according to the modified Delphi method.

It consisted of (36) items measuring the requirements of intellectual capital management, namely: (human - material - organizational).

The research put set of results, the most prominent of which are: The areas of intellectual capital management requirements in Yemeni universities had overall obtained a weighted average (4.46) and a relative weight (87.56), a value indicating a very significant degree of importance.

There were no statistically significant differences between the answers of the research sample on the requirements of intellectual capital management in Yemeni universities due to the variable of academic rank and experience The research recommended several recommendations, the most important of which was the fair distribution of technological and knowledge capabilities among the colleges of Yemeni universities.
