Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف إلى علاقة الانسجام الأسري و التدفق النفسي و الطموح لدى عينة من المعلمين في قصبة الكرك، فقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (209) معلماً و معلمة من مدارس قصبة الكرك باختلاف الجنس، و سنوات الخبرة و سنوات الزواج، و لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تطوير ثلاثة مقاييس و هي الانسجام الأسري و التدفق النفسي، و الطموح).

و أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الانسجام الأسري و التدفق النفسي و الطموح لدى معلمي قصبة الكرك جاء مرتفعا، كما أشارت النتائج على وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الانسجام الأسري والتدفق النفسي و بين الانسجام و الاسري و الطموح، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في مستوى الانسجام الأسري على بعدي الرضا عن العلاقات الزوجية و الشعور بالاستقرار الأسري تبعاً للجنس لصالح الإنات، كما أظهرت فروق دالة إحصائيا على الانسجام الاسري على بعدي الرضا عن العلاقات الزوجية و الشعور بالاستقرار الأسري تبعاً لسنوات الخبرة الصالح من كانت خبرتهم اقل من 10 سنوات على حساب اقل من 5 سنوات و 10 سنوات فأكثر، و لم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق في درجة الانسجام الأسري وفقا لمتغير عدد سنوات الزواج، أما الفروق في مستوى التدفق فقد أظهرت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المعلمين على الدرجة الكلية و الأبعاد وفقا للجنس، كما أشارت لوجود فروق على بعدي الاندماج في الأداء و تحول الوقت وفقا لسنوات الخبرة لصالح من كانت خبرتهم اقل من 5 سنوات و من 5 اقل من 10 سنوات على حساب من كانت خبرتهم 10 سنوات فأكثر، و وجود فروق دالة احصائيا بمستوى التدفق وفقا لعدد سنوات الزواج على بعد الاندماج في الأداء و الدرجة الكلية للمقياس لصالح 10 سنوات فأكثر، أما مستوى الطموح لدى المعلمين فقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الطموح، و أوصت النتائج ضرورة عقد المحاضرات التوعوية و الإرشادية و بشكل دوري من قبل المتخصصين في مجال الإرشاد الأسري حول الانسجام الأسري و كيفية المحافظة عليه حتى يبقى مرتفعا لدى العينة لارتباطه بمتغيرات التدفق النفسي و الطموح.

English Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the relationship of family harmony, sychological flow, and ambition of sample of teachers from Qasabet Al-Karak.

In order to achive the aims of this study, three standards were developed ; ( family harmony, psychological flow, and ambition).

The results showed the level of family harmony, psychological flow, and ambition of the teachers of Kasabet Al-Karak were high, and the results also showed that there was a positive associative relationship between family harmony, psychological flow, and ambition.

The results also showed a diffiernce in the level of family harmony in satisfaction of marital relationships depending on the gender in favor of the female, and the results also showed statistically significant differences on family harmony on family hharmony on the satisfaction of marital relationships and sense of family stability according to years of experience in favor of those whose experience was ( 5 - less than 10 years), but the results didn’t show statically significant differences in the dgree of family harmony according to the variable number of years of marriage, the results showed that there were no statically significant fifferences between teachers on the total dgree and dimentions according to gender , and also indicated that there are differences in both the performance integration and change in time according to the years of experience for those whose experience was less than 5 years and from 5 to less than 10 years for those who have experience of 10 years and more, and the presence of statically significant differences in the level of flow according to the number of years of marriage on the performance of haromony and the total dgree of measures in favor of 10 years or more and for the level of ambition of the teachers, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of ambition.

The results recommended to hold awareness and counseling lectures periodically by specialists in the field of family counseling about family harmony and how to protect it so that it remains high among the sample due to its association with the variables of psychological flow and ambition.
