Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل أثر التوجه الريادي في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي من خلال المرونة الإستراتيجية، و اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الكمي، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من البنوك التجارية الأردنية و البالغ عددها (13) بنگا، و اشتملت وحدة التحليل على المديرين العاملين في الإدارتين العليا، و الوسطى و البالغ عددهم (1023) عنصرا.
و قامت الدراسة بمسح شامل لجميع عناصر مجتمع الدراسة، و تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (29) فقرة لجمع البيانات.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن مستوى توافر التوجه الريادي، و المرونة الإستراتيجية، و التميز المؤسسي ؛ درجة مرتفعة، و وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتوجه الريادي بأبعاده : التوجه الريادي الإبداعي التوجه الريادي الاستباقي، و التوجه الريادي بتحمل المخاطرة في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي من خلال المرونة الإستراتيجية في البنوك التجارية الأردنية.
و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بأبعاد التوجه الريادي، و المرونة الإستراتيجية لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي
English Abstract
The study aimed at analyzing the impact of entrepreneurial orientation in achieving organizational excellence through strategic flexibility, and the study adopted quantitative approach, and the study population consisted of (13) at Jordanian Commercial Banks, and the analysis unit consisted of (1023) elements of all managers in the upper and middle management.
The study conducted a comprehensive survey of all study population elements.
A questionnaire consisted of (29) items was developed to collect data.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of them are: the level of availability of entrepreneurial orientation, organizational excellence, strategic flexibility have reached a high degree, at Jordanian Commercial Banks.
And there is a statistically significant impact of entrepreneurial orientation with its combined dimensions (innovative entrepreneurial orientation, proactive entrepreneurial orientation, risk–taking entrepreneurial orientation) in achieving organizational excellence through strategic flexibility in Jordanian commercial banks.
The study recommended that more attention should be paid to the entrepreneurial orientation in all dimensions and strategic flexibility to achieve organizational excellence.
