Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على العلاقات السعودية التركية ( 2005-2019 ) و قد تناولت الدراسة ابرز مراحل تطور العلاقات بين الجانبين على المستوى السياسي و الاقتصادي و العسكري و الثقافي و الأمني، و برزت أهمية الدراسة في بيان أهم محطات التقارب و التباعد بين البلدين و ابرز الملفات السياسية التي ساهمت في تحسين العلاقات بين الجانبين، و اهم التحديات الإقليمية و الدولية التي تواجهها كلا البلدين، كذلك تناولت الدراسات محددات السياسة الخارجية الموضوعية و الخارجية لكل من تركيا و السعودية.

و اعتمدت الدراسة على توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و الذي ركز على أهمية التطورات الإقليمية و الدولية وأثرها العلاقات السعودية التركية ( 2005- 2019 ) كما و يساعد هذا المنهج على تدقيق و فحص العوامل المحيطة بالعلاقات السعودية التركية، اما منهج صنع القرار فيستند على تحليل العوامل المؤثرة التي تحيط بصانعي القرار خاصة في السياسة الخارجية، و معرفة البيئة التي تحيط بتلك العملية، و الدوافع و الأسباب التي ساهمت في بناء هذه العلاقات و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج و التوصيات، حيث أكدت الدراسة ان العلاقات السياسية بين السعودية و تركيا مرت في محطات من التقارب و التباعد بسبب الملفات الإقليمية و ما يتوافق مع مصالحهما و قد أوصت الدراسة بان على الدولتين تبني علاقات قائمة على أساس التعاون و بما يتوافق مع تطلعات الشعوب نحو السلام و الأمن .

English Abstract

The study dealt with the most prominent stages of the development of relations between the two sides at the political, economic, military, cultural and security levels, and the study highlighted the most important points of rapprochement and divergence between the two countries and the most prominent political files that contributed to improving relations between the two sides, and the most important regional and international challenges that both countries face, as well as the studies.

Determinants of the subjected foreign and foreign policy of Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

The study relied on employing the descriptive and analytical approach, which focused on the importance of regional and international developments and their impact on Saudi-Turkish relations (2005-2019.) This approach also helps to scrutinize and examine the factors surrounding Saudi-Turkish relations.

As for the decision-making approach, it is based on analyzing the influencing factors surrounding decision-makers, especially in foreign policy, and knowing the environment surrounding that process, and the motives and reasons that contributed to building these relationships.

The study reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, as the study confirmed that political relations between Saudi Arabia and Turkey passed through stages of rapprochement and divergence due to regional files and what is compatible with their interests.

The study recommended that the two countries should adopt relations based on cooperation and in line with peoples' aspirations towards Peace and security.
