Abstract EN

This study was conducted to reveal and diagnose the reality of the evaluation in accordance with the strategy of competency approach adopted by Algeria since 2003 in education, by addressing the fundamental question, is the exams given to learners in the secondary stage of secondary education in the subject of Islamic sciences achieve the goals that I set for it through an competency approach? Are the tests in their current form effective in the correction process? In its current form, have the tests been able to assess the targeted educational outcomes according to the competency approach strategy? The researcher used the descriptive method in this study using the resolution tool to collect data from the research sample which included all 109 professors of the Islamic sciences department in the province of Ain Al Dafla, who according to their rank (component, installed, contract), the results showed that the test structure did not know any change and there was no relevance between it and what the strategy of the approach to competencies aspires to.
