Abstract EN

This research aims at determine the extent to which organizational communication and its role in increasing the outputs and improving the function of agricultural administrative Empleis at wilaya of Oum El Bouaghi.

To achive the objective of the researche we prepared a questionnaire consisting of three axis and 37 questions and it was used on sample of 30 emploies.

The descriptive methode was used tofind out the extent of the contribution of organizational communication in improving job performance.

And to analyze the results, we have relied on statistical methods represented in frequencies and percentages.

The study came out with a result that the effective contribution that organizational communication (formal communication) makes in improving the job performance of the directorate's workers
