Abstract EN

This study aims at highlighting the socialization process' role in organizing the different functional changes' elements that affected the structure of modern Algerian family, through the effectiveness of ways and methods of socialization in organizing family members' social roles and their interaction with the dynamics of status, in addition to their impact on the scope of power within the modern Algerian family structure.

Depending on sociological analysis tools, social theories and conceptual apparatus, the current study finds that a phased interaction and socialization including its curricula and institutions with value changes and societal developments, namely the Algerian family's structural transformation and all its functional changes through competitive roles, the dynamics of status power and participatory power.
