Abstract EN

This study deals with the frame of reference for the sociological categories that represented the starting point of human resources, in a critical epistemological reading through which we study the stages of levels of analysis and perspectives that occurred as a result of the accumulation of scientific research on the one hand, and on the other hand, the social changes that occurred and were conceptually complied with in Western thought, where the focus was on A set of basic elements that formed the bases of the knowledge structure of human resources management, including access to the perceptions that have been devoted and worked to codify organizational accuracy with its modern and creative connotations.
