Abstract EN

In this paper, we aim to present a psychological approach by dealing with the psychological phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, in addition to analyzing the other factors that overlap and cause the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and the theoretical frameworks explaining the phenomenon, and that through the intellectual development of this phenomenon.

We also try, in this current study, to identify some concepts of delinquency, focusing on the psychological side of the phenomenon.

the preventive and corrective pattern of the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency has also been address by defining deling the concepts of juvenile delinquency, froms of deviation, causative factors, and ways to prevent deviation from a psycholological perspective within modern trends.
