A topic that concerns many educators today, who have come to believe that many shortcomings aspects of children learning abilities can be overcome.

The prevailing view today is not to leave this category to its own destiny , but rather it should be taken care of by society through special educational assistance, so what's the nature of this special treatment? and is it possible to salvage it?It exists a disparity between societies in terms of degree of interest and competence, which can raise a challenge of double nature a cultural and an economic one.
