Recently, in an international conference organized in Guelma city, Dr Rahima Al-Tayeb Aissani participated with an intervention on technology and pointed out the advantages of websites.

The researcher denoted the information they provide us; as shortening the time and rapidity which she called "Eelectronic Conquests".

Nevertheless, lately, the most targeted category of informational risks is the childhood category.

We have noticed a terrible spread of this phenomenon among children; especially for primary and middle school students.

This spread becomes a dangerous phenomenon of colonialism on this sensitive group.

Its impact is closer to the effect of traditional colonialism.

It targets children in its most popular sites among, building a private imagination that these programs send as encrypted messages.

Very often, these programs seek to form particular ways of thinking on which the minds of children will be built later.
