Abstract EN
The sectarian unity in North and West Africa raises many questions about the historical circumstances in which the Maliki School spread in the region and the political and social factors that contributed to this Through this research, we tried to talk about the history of the spread of the Maliki School, especially in the Sahara region and Western Sudan, because the establishment of the Almoravids and then the Malian empire was one of the reasons for the spread of the Maliki School In this research, we have relied on the analytical approach.
One of the most important results we have come up with is that the Maliki School was spread by political, religious and social factors.
The almoravids played a crucial role in the spread of the Maliki School and its continuation in the region.
