Abstract EN

This research deals with the topic of the jurisprudence of denial of evil among the preacher and Muslims, as the desire to deny may push the one who has no knowledge to act with some enthusiasm based on ignorance and recklessness, and then the result will be dire.

This matter was noticed by the imams of the Da`wah in the Saudi state, who meant by explaining how to deny the evil, and this is through which their position on the issue of extremism, violence and terrorism is clear, and is illustrated by the following: -The imams of the da'wah used to follow the Salafist approach in calling to God that is the approach stemming from the Qur’an and the Sunnah.

-The imams of the call do not accept violence, extremism and terrorism as a method or a course.

Rather, they urge kindness and softness and emphasize that it is the principle in denying the evil.

-The imams of the call emphasize that one of the most important issues that must be taken into account in denying evil: interests and evils, by achieving the legitimate intention that warding off evil takes precedence over bringing interests.

-The imams of the da'wah are concerned that the one who denies must be aware of the jurisprudence of the denial of the evil, through legal knowledge in theory, and in practice, slowing down, slowing down and not hurrying.

And realizing the reality of the perpetrator of the evil and the best methods of denying him in order to achieve the intended purpose.

Focusing on the category of rulers of affairs by explaining their right and duty, the importance of harmony between scholars and princes, and what are the best methods of denying them, and warning against deviations in that.
