Abstract EN

The importance of re-examining the "royalty contract" emerges from the fact that it meets the people's pension needs, in light of the contemporary economic life movement; because many contemporary financial transactions can be adapted to it without other contracts.

As for the research problem and its questions, it lies in the necessity to know the legitimacy of contemporary applications of the royalty, and to answer partial questions, including: How permissible is the royalty in the reward contract to be a common share of the work or the product? Any ruling that is adopted in financial transactions that attracts two adaptations, one of which makes it permissible, and the other makes it forbidden.

The study aims to answer the previous questions, Emphasis on the truth and the nature of the royalty contract, showing it more broadly; and downloading it to a collection of contemporary financial transactions and making greater use of the flexibility of the royalty contract, and using it in adapting ontemporary financial transactions.

The study relied on the inductive and deductive approach, and From the results I got: A.

Earnings importance, as its provisions can be applied to a wide range of contemporary financial transactions, and it is more likely that it is permissible.

It is permissible for the royalty to be a common share of the work or the product in the royalty contract, therefore, ignorance here does not affect.

C.

If the financial transaction is attracted by two adaptations, the first makes it permissible and the second makes it forbidden, then it is more likely that it will be attached to similar signs and evidence to that effect.
