Abstract EN

This research aims at implementing some issues concern the general and specific chapters of prophecy Sunnah.

it takes the book of “allagta” as a model to scientifically study the sayings that look general while they are more specific.

the study discusses the sayings according to the principles of modern specialists on these sayings.

the researcher adopted the inductive analytical approach to achieve the aims of this study, then the study reached at some results, the most important of them are : the specialists on the sayings are capable of presenting and judging them and the specialist on religious science should learn the fundamentals of this science.

consequently, the study recommended the necessity of generalizing the study of these saying and fundamentalism for those who study legislations.
