Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على ربحية الشركات الصناعية الأردنية، و تم استخدام المنهج الإحصائي الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة.

و يتكون مجتمع هذه الدراسة من كافة المدراء و الموظفين الإداريين العاملين في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية، و بهدف تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم العمل على تطوير أداة الاستبانة و اشتملت على (40) فقرة من أجل جمع البيانات الأولية من مجتمع الدراسة و التي بلغ حجم العينة فيها (356) مستجيب.

و في ضوء ذلك تم العمل على جمع البيانات لهذه الدراسة، و القيام بإجراء التحليل عليها و اختبار الفرضيات المتعلقة بالدراسة من خلال استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS المستخدم في العديد من الدراسات السابقة.

توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج عديدة من أهمها أن هنالك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بأبعادها مجتمعة (تعزيز جودة الإنتاج، التركيز على الزبون، زيادة الحصة السوقية، تكاليف الجودة، تحقيق الميزة التنافسية) في (ربحية) الشركات الصناعية الأردنية عند مستوى دلالة معنوية (0.05>a)، و بينت النتائج أن التكاليف من أكثر الأنماط تأثيرا في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية، حيث بلغت نسبة تفسيره للربحية نحو (66.6%) وفقا لعينة الدراسة.

و قد أوصت الدراسة بوجوب العمل على الاهتمام بشكل كبير على جودة منتجات الشركة من أجل تعزيز رضي الزبائن لأنها مصدر مهم في تعزيز ربحية الشركة، كما لابد من العمل على مجالات الجودة في الدول المتقدمة، و الاستفادة بشكل كبير من تطبيقها و من أبرزها جوائز الجودة العالمية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect of applying Total Quality Management on the profitability of Jordanian industrial companies.

The descriptive and analytical statistical approach was used in this study.

The population of this study consists of all managers and administrative employees working in the Jordanian industrial companies, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, work was undertaken to develop the questionnaire tool and it included (40) paragraphs in order to collect primary data from the study population, in which the sample size reached (356) respondents.

In light of this, work has been done to collect data for this study, conduct analysis on it, and test hypotheses related to the study by using the statistical program (SPSS) used in many previous studies.

The study found many results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant impact of implementing TQM in all its dimensions combimed (enhancing production quality, focusing on the customer, increasing market share, quality costs, achieving competitive advantage) on the (profitability) of Jordanian industrial companies at a level of moral (α≤0.05), and the results showed that costs are one of the most influential patterns in the Jordanian industrial companies, as the percentage of their interpretation of the profitability reached (66.6%) according to the study sample.

The study recommended that great attention should be paid to the quality of the company's products in order to enhance customer satisfaction because it is an important source in enhancing the company's profitability, and it is also necessary to work on openness and access to international experiences in the fields of quality in developed countries, and to benefit greatly from their application and Most notably, the International Quality Awards.
