Arabic Abstract

الهدف الأساسي من هذه الدراسة هو التحقق من إمكانية تحسين مقاييس أداء تخطيط الصيانة باستخدام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات في القطاع الصناعي في الأردن / شركة برومين الأردن.

تم إجراء دراسة وصفية هادفة لجمع البيانات الأولية من خلال استبانات منظمة.

تم تنفيذ عملية جمع البيانات من خلال إدارة استبيان إلكتروني، ثم تم توزيعه على مجتمع الدراسة الذي يتألف من كبار المديرين ومديري مستوى الإشراف و المهندسين و عددهم 68 استبانة في شركة برومين الأردن جميعا لتحقيق الغرض من هذه الدراسة.

تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة الى وجود تأثير على تخطيط الصيانة باستخدام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات، علاوة على ذلك، فان الرجوع الى نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات يمكن ان يوفر التكاليف والوقت اللازم لإكمال إجراءات و خطوات العمل، بالإضافة الى توفير منصة عملية لتوحيد العمليات حيث أنه حافز للابتكار و التطوير مثل توحيد و تبسيط خطوات العمل، مما يجعل المنظمة أكثر مرونة و أسرع تكيفا مع المتغيرات.

على الرغم من إن العلاقة إيجابية في فلسفة البحث، ألا أن التحليل العميق و المزيد من البحث مطلوب في هذا المجال.

النهج العلمي مهم لفهم تأثير تنفيذ تخطيط موارد المؤسسات على أداء الشركة من حيث اعلى في تنفيذها.

English Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate whether the maintenance planning performance metrics can be improved using enterprise resource planning at industrial sector in Jordan, Bromine Co.

as a case.

To achieve the objective, a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study was conducted to collect the primary data through structured questionnaire.

The data collection process was implemented using and administering online questionnaire, and then distributed to a targeted population of top managers, supervision level, and engineers of 68 questioners in Jordan Bromine Company to achieve the purpose of this study.

The results of this study suggest that there is an impact of the accurate enterprise resource planning system inputs on maintenance planning.

Moreover, enterprise resource planning system can save information technology costs, the time required to complete work procedures and steps, in addition to providing a process platform to standardize operations as it is an incentive for business innovation as the standardization and simplification of work steps makes the organization more flexible and quickly adapts to the changes in the labor market.

Although the relationship is positive within the research philosophy, in depth analysis and further researches are required in this domain.

A practical approach is important to understand the impact of enterprise resource planning implementing on corporate performance in terms of speeding up the completion of tasks and achieving a higher quality level in their implementation.
