Arabic Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة معايير التأهيل و التصنيف المسبق للمكاتب و الشركات الهندسية التي تقدم خدمات في مجال السلامة و الصحة المهنية، حيث تلخصت مشكلة البحث في عدم وجود نظام للتأهيل و التصنيف في مجال السلامة و الصحة المهنية للمكاتب الهندسية.

و أجريت هذه الدراسة من خلال استعراض الأدبيات من المواضيع المتعلقة بعملية التأهيل و التصنيف المسبق ثم أتبعت بمسح ميداني، عملية المسح الميداني تمت من خلال استبانة وزعت على 294 من المدراء و أصحاب الخبرة و المهندسين العاملين في المكاتب والشركات الهندسية.

بناء على تحليل الاستبانة تبين أن هناك معايير مهمة لعملية التأهيل و التصنيف المسبق للمكاتب الهندسية و الاستشارية في مجال السلامة و الصحة المهنية، و هي على التوالي حسب مؤشر الأهمية النسبية : المؤهل الأكاديمي في مجال السلامة و الصحة المهنية للمشرفين بمؤشر (0.8878)، شهادة مهنية معتمدة في مجال السلامة و الصحة المهنية لمديري المشاريع و قادة الفرق و المسؤولين داخل المكتب الهندسي بمؤشر (0.8633)، دورة تدريبية لا تقل عن 30 ساعة في مجال السلامة و الصحة المهنية بمؤشر (0.8571).

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات مثل : تطبيق النموذج الذي تم تطويره من أجل التأهيل و التصنيف للمكاتب الهندسية و الشركات الاستشارية في مجال السلامة و الصحة المهنية، و تطبيق الإطار النظري لها من قبل الجهات المعنية بالتأهيل و التصنيف.

English Abstract

This research aims to study the pre-qualification and classification criteria of offices and engineering companies that provide services in the field of occupational safety and health, as the research problem is summarized in the absence of a system for pre-qualification and classification in the field of occupational safety and health for engineering offices.

And conducted this study by reviewing the literature on issues related to the pre-qualification and classification process and then followed by a field survey.

The field survey process was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to 294 managers, experienced people, and engineers working in offices and engineering companies.

Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, it was found that there are important criteria for the pre-qualification and classification process for engineering and consulting offices in the field of occupational safety and health, which are respectively according to RII: academic qualification in the field of occupational safety and health for supervisors (8700.0), an approved professional certificate in the field of occupational safety and health for project managers and leaders of the teams and officials within the engineering office (870800), a training course of no less than 30 hours in the field of occupational safety and health (8701.5).

The study has several recommendations, such as applying the model that was developed, to qualify the engineering offices and consultant companies in the field of the occupational safety and health, and applying the theoretical framework for it, by the authorities concerned with prequalification and classification.
