Arabic Abstract

تعاني العديد من مشاريع القطاع العام في مراحلها المختلفة من فقد و إهدار المواد الانشائية مما يزيد من الكلف غير الضرورية للمشروع و تقلل من جودته.

يتمثل الهدف الرئيس لهذه الرسالة الى تحليل و معرفة العوامل الرئيسية التي تؤدي إلى زيادة المخلفات الإنشائية في موقع المشروع و معرفة طرق تقليلها، و تحديد حاجة شركات البناء في الأردن إلى خطة لتقليل الفاقد في مواد البناء و مدى اهتمام الشركات بهذه النفايات و تطبيق مبادئ إدارة المخلفات الإنشائية على المشاريع التابعة لوزارة الأشغال في مراحل المشروع المختلفة من التخطيط و التصميم الى إنهاء المشروع من أجل تقليل إهدار المواد و تحسين جودة المشاريع الحكومية.

تم تصميم استبيان لتحقيق أغراض البحث و حيث كان الاستبيان موجه للمهندسين العاملين في القطاع العام (وزارة الأشغال العامة و الإسكان) و مهندسي الشركات العاملين مع وزارة الاشغال و الهدف من هذه الأسئلة هو استكشاف نسبة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة المخلفات الإنشائية في المشاريع الحكومية.

تكونت عينة الدراسة من 105 مهندسا من محافظة معان، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة تهجين من أساليب البحث العلمي، المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهج البحث الميداني، و استخدمت التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات (المتوسطات الرياضية، الانحراف المعياري) لكافة أبعاد الدراسة.

أظهرت النتائج أن هناك 11 مصدرا للنفايات في المشاريع و هناك ست استراتيجيات لتقليل مخلفات البناء في موقع البناء و التي يمكن استخدامها لتقليل هذه النفايات أيضا هناك 46% من الشركات لديها خطة لإدارة نفايات المواد فيها بينما 54 ٪ ليس لديهم خطة.

و أن هناك مفهوم مخلفات البناء للعاملين في الشركات بنسبة 66% من العاملين في هذه الشركات.

أوصت الدراسة بمزيد من الاستراتيجية و أصحاب شركات المقاولات للحد من إنتاج بالإضافة إلى الإجراءات والخطط التي تتبعها الشركة الإدارة و تقليل مخلفات البناء.

English Abstract

Many public sector projects suffering in their various stages from loss and waste in building materials, which increases unnecessary costs for the project and reduces its quality.

The main objective of this study is to analyze and determine the main factors that lead to an increase in construction waste at the project site and to determine the ways to reduce it, and to determine the need for construction companies in Jordan to have a plan to reduce waste and the extent of companies' interest in this waste and the application of construction waste management principles to projects related to Ministry of public Works in various stages of the project from planning and design to the completion of the project in order to reduce material waste and improve the quality of government projects.

A questionnaire was designed to achieve the purposes of research and the questionnaire was directed to engineers working in the public sector (Ministry of Public Works and Housing) and company engineers working with the Ministry of Public Works, and the aim of these questions is to explore the percentage of application of the principles of construction waste management in government projects.

The study sample consisted of, 105 from engineers who work Ma'an Governorate.

This study adopted two approaches of scientific research methods, descriptive analytical method and field research methodology, and was used statistical analysis of data (mathematical averages, standard deviation) for all dimensions of the study.

The results showed that there are 11 source for waste in projects and There are six Strategies for Minimizing Construction Waste at Construction Site Which can be used to reduce this waste also There are 46% from Study Company have plan to manage material waste in companies while 56% not have plan.

And There is concept of construction waste management for workers in companies with percentage 66% from workers in these companies.

The study recommended more strategies that should be taken by decision-makers and the owner of contracting companies to reduce the production of construction waste and its proper disposal, in addition the procedures and plans that the company follows to manage and reduce construction waste.
