Abstract EN

The behavior of the employee in any company is determined by several variables, among which are the most important variables in the formulation of the attitudes and behaviors of the employee in the exercise of his functions, we find the organizational culture and ethics and values of work which are part of the organizational culture.

From this paper we want to know the relationship between organizational culture, ethics, work values and what kind of relationship can arise between these variables.

Our results show that organizational culture plays a major role in building and consolidating positive ethics and values within the company, while ethics and values play a major role in shaping and building a fort organizational culture within the company.
