Abstract EN

These papers are devoted to researching the existence of rules of conflict of laws in Islamic law, these rules that favor and define the law that must be did with TANZIL in the event that several laws compete to rule on the issue of NAZILA, as the first chapter dealt with the views of contemporary jurists on the issue, and the extent of the impact of the concept of the house, i.e.

the division of the world To Dar Islam and Dar Harb, and the concept of borders and nationality regarding the possibility of the existence of rules for conflict of laws in Islamic law.

Then, in the second chapter, I examined the evidence of each team and revised it to determine the most correct of them, and then concluded the research by mentioning the most important findings reached.

Cet article est consacré à la recherche de l'existence de règle de conflit de lois dans la loi islamique, ces règles qui favorisent et définissent la loi qui doit être appliqué dans le cas où plusieurs lois se concurrencent pour statuer sur la question de la NAZILA, le premier chapitre traite les points de vue des juristes contemporains sur la question, et l'ampleur de l'impact du concept de DAR, c'est-à-dire la division du monde à Dar Islam et Dar Harb, et le concept de HOUDOUD et de nationalité concernant la possibilité de l'existence de règles de conflit de lois dans la loi islamique.

Ensuite, dans le deuxième chapitre , j'ai examiné les preuves de chaque équipe avec une révision pour déterminer la plus correcte d'entre elles, puis j'ai conclu la recherche en mentionnant les résultats les plus importants.
