Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات التعدينية و أثرها على تلبية احتياجات المجتمع المحلي، حيث تمثلت أبعاد أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في (النشاط الإنساني، النشاط الأخلاقي، النشاط القانوني، النشاط الاقتصادي)، و تمثلت أبعاد احتياجات المجتمع في (الفقر، البطالة، الأمراض المستعصية)، حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة على البلديات و الأندية و المؤسسات الخيرية في إقليم جنوب الأردن بأخذ أسلوب العينة القصدية الملائمة، و بلغت عدد العينة النهائية (623) موظف وموظفة، و تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والتحليلية وذلك من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (2.SPSS)، و من أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها وجود أثر معنوي لأنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية مجتمعة و منفردة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 2 ) على احتياجات المجتمع المحلي في الشركات التعدينية الأردنية، أن الشركات التعدينية في إقليم الجنوب تمارس أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية و تقدم الدعم للمجتمع المحلي و لديها درجة عالية من الالتزام اتجاه المجتمع و تلبية احتياجاته، و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تقدم الشركات التعدينية في إقليم الجنوب مزيدا من الدعم للأنشطة الاجتماعية و ذلك بتوفير مزيد من فرص العمل لأبناء المجتمع المحلي للتقليل من الفقر و البطالة و الأمراض المستعصية، و تنمية جميع جوانب التنمية المستدامة.

English Abstract

This study aimed to determine the social responsibility activities of mining companies and their impact on meeting the needs of the local community, as the dimensions of the social responsibility activities were (human activity, moral activity, legal activity, economic activity), and the dimensions of the society's needs were (poverty, unemployment, and incurable diseases).

Where the study was applied to municipalities, loral and charitable institutions in the Southern Jordan Region by taking the appropriate intentional sample method, and the final sample number reached (623) employees, and the hypotheses of the study were tested using descriptive and analytical statistical methods through the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS.2), and among the most important results that have been reached is the significant impact of social responsibility activities collectively and separately at the level of significance (0.05< α) on the needs of the local community in Jordanian mining companies, that mining companies in the southern region practice social responsibility activities and provide support to the local community.

It has a high degree of commitment towards society and meeting its needs.

The study recommended the necessity of providing mining companies in my region the south provide more support for social activities by providing more job opportunities for members of the local community to reduce poverty, unemployment, and incurable diseases, and to develop all aspects of sustainable development
