The entrepreneurial literature taught us that the success from an entrepreneurial adventure does not depend solely on favorable environment to creation but also on characteristics of the entrepreneur.
The entrepreneurship in Algeria is qualified like an “entrepreneurship of survival” where the entrepreneur sets up his company by social constraint; he sets up by need and not for exploiting an opportunity.
Our work seeks to describe the inventory of fixtures of the entrepreneurial culture

Resumé: La littérature entrepreneuriale nous a appris que la réussite d'une aventure entrepreneuriale ne dépend pas uniquement d'un environnement favorable à la création mais également des caractéristiques de l'entrepreneur.
L'entrepreneuriat en Algerie est qualifie comme un « entrepreneuriat de survie » ou l'entrepreneur crée son entreprise par contrainte socialepar nécessité et non pas pour exploiter une opportunité.
Notre travail cherche à décrire l'état des lieux de la culture entrepreneuriale et son impact sur la diffusion de l'esprit d'entreprise chez les femmes en Algérie
