Abstract EN

This study aims to Highlight the mechanisms adopted by the Algerian Stock Exchange To support small and medium enterprises sector as one of the most important economic engine and social development, Which was materialized through the creation of a dedicated market for these sector that gives them the opportunity to access to capital and showing the importance and the role that this market plays as an alternative financing source for this kind of enterprises.

Through this study it has been reached that although the creation of a dedicated market for financing the small and medium enterprises sector, it remains inactive due to several obstacles that hinder its performance of the role assigned to it.
