19-This study deals with the issue of the extent to which e-learning contributes to the quality of job performance in light of the Covid-19 pandemic at a saida university by students of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and they have been chosen as a model for field study, where we have shed light on students 'skills in using technological means to enhance the traditional educational process.

In addition to the effectiveness of e-learning methods in the educational process, and the problems and challenges facing e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study and then test the hypotheses by preparing a questionnaire that includes a set of questions dealing with the subject of the study, the results were analyzed using the (SPSS) program, and the questionnaire was distributed to 327 students.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was that e-learning contributed to strengthening the traditional educational process, and the study also recommended the necessity of allocating the necessary financial resources to improve e-learning applications at the university, in addition to the need to establish a special department for e-learning to handle its operations and practice.
