تأثير طريقة التبريد و المعاملة بال NNA و المادة الشمعية Dunstol و مستخلص الطرطيع و المادة الحليبية للتين في نسبة الاضرار الفسلجية و الفطرية لثمار البرتقال المحلي Citrus sinesis L. أثناء التخزين

Abstract EN

This study w as effected the types of cold and vaporization storage and treatment with tow concentration of NAA (50 , 100) ppm ,Dunstol (1 ,2) % , extract of scharginia (20 ,30) % and latex of fig (2,3) % on fruits of local orange that stored three months in cold storage at (5°C) and vaporization storage at the Department of Horticulture, Collage of Agriculture- University of Kofa.

The result indincted that cold mechanical storage gave a significant decrease in percentage fungicide diseases of green mold, blue mold, black mold and total decay and significant increased in physiological diseases (SERB + RS) compared with anther way cold.

The study treatment had reduced percentage of physiological diseases, fungicide and total decay compared to control treatment and there was a significant differences between these treatments.

The treatment of (2) % Vapor-Gard gave the lowest percentage of physiological diseases and total decay w-hile the latex of fig concentration (3)% gave lowest percentage in fungicide diseases but did not significant differences about to w'axing material.

The interaction between tow cold way and study treatment gave reduced significantly in percentage fungicide and physiological diseases, the treatment stored under the condition of mechanical cold had the best storability compared with other treatments.
