نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى التعرف على ماهية المدن الذكية و أهدافها و خصائصها و مختلف الركائز التي تقوم عليها و إبراز آليات التحول إليها، كما نحاول عرض بعض تجارب و تطبيقات المدن الذكية في المنطقة العربية -الإمارات العربية و دبي الذكية- نموذجا.
وقد تم التوصل إلى أن المدن الذكية تعمل على خفض استهلاك الطاقة و المياه، و الحد من التلوث و النفايات و تعتمد على تقنيات المعلومات و الاتصالات و الذكاء الصناعي لتحويل نمط الحياة و العمل في إطار المنطقة بطرق مبدعة و ذكية
Abstract EN
The aim of this research is to identify the smart cities, their objectives, their characteristics, the different pillars and the mechanisms to transform them.
We also try to present some of the experiences and applications of smart cities in the Arab region - UAE and Dubai Smart - as a model.
Smart cities have been found to reduce energy and water consumption, reduce pollution and waste, rely on ICT and industrial intelligence to transform the lifestyle and work within the region in creative and intelligent ways.
