Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to talk about ways of protecting the environment, as it has received wide attention by many legislations through the establishment of rules and texts that protect them directly from all acts that constitute one of the environmental crimes.

Through the study, we have determined that the means to follow up on environmental actions are effective in protecting them and achieving sustainable development through following the procedures adopted by the legislator to monitor them and reduce their risks to the environment in all its components.
