The Local development and its ability to stimulate regions are seen as a path towards sustainable development.
Guelma Despite its strategic location and its great wealth, it shows a low level of sophistication, which indicates a certain economic backwardness.
The upgrading of these areas represents a real challenge to national policy for sustainable development.
Our research aims to study sustainable development as a local option.
Through the Guelma case study, we will focus on the opportunities that this region offers to achieve sustainable local development through its potential for social survey of various social groups

Le développement local (DL) et son aptitude de motiver les zones troubles est conçu comme un itinéraire vers un développement durable (DD).
La wilaya de Guelma malgré sa situation stratégique et ses richesses, elle montre un faible niveau de développement, ceci se traduit par un certain retard économique.
La mise à niveau de ces zones constitue un vrai défi de la politique nationale afin d'atteindre le (DD).

Notre article qui vise à étudier le (DD) qui se présente comme une option d'actualité.
À travers l'étude du cas de Guelma nous mettrons l'accent sur les opportunités offertes par de tel territoire pour un (DLD) à travers ses potentialités en se basons sur une enquête sociologique sur différents groupes sociaux.
