this was the real event of the death of a large number of people, and after it subsided, then, after the strength of humans decreased, and after it subsided, the world began to open cities and return life returns to normal, while taking caution about its spread, Najma, and among these precautionary matters that the doctors have called upon is what touches the customs and traditions on which the young and the old have grown up, what has a legal ruling that cannot be overlooked.

this is what motivated us to study some issues and graduate them on the basis of precaution, which is a rule that the majority of scholars have used from the time of the companions, may god be pleased with them, and until this time in order to find a legitimate way out for the new situation in our mosques and councils, so my research (the rule of precaution and its impact in light of the corona pandemic) is an attempt to establish a rule fundamentalism on which legal rulings are based according to the controls that the argument makes on its legitimacy, and in my research i dealt with the most important controls mentioned by the scholars of origins in working with this rule.
