The Arab-Islamic heritage has great importance in the intellectual arena, as it constitutes the essence and conscience of the Islamic nation, as it expresses its past, history and character, so we find the Arab thinker Muhammad Abed Al-Jabri who provided a modernist reading of the Arab-Islamic heritage, as we find him using European approaches in dealing with the Arab-Islamic heritage.

This study came to shed light on the most important central premises that Al-Jabri followed in reading the Arab heritage, and to stand on the most important approaches he took in his study of it.

Other, so it must be read an epistemological reading that calls for digging in it with the aim of rebuilding it and re-forming it again.
