Given that the constitution constitutes the highest legal document in the state; His giving the issue of administrative decisions and their legitimacy a clear attention clearly expresses their importance.

Therefore, this research presents the most important constitutional guarantees for the legitimacy of administrative decisions in light of the algerian constitutional amendment 2020, starting with the guarantees placed within the scope of the administrations' obligations general, up to the guarantees enshrined within the scope of judicial oversight.
