The educational system reflects the nation's ambitions, and reforms this system which is based on educational and didactic reasoning and justifications to update and implement this scientific knowledge as well as knowledge for the education of the present and future citizen, of this fact was the need to renovate on the one hand this educational system which aims at a dialectic which respects our heritage and religious norms, on the other hand to see new avenues and the scientific and technological need.

From there we cannot differentiate between educational reform and teaching - learning the Arabic language as being an identity aspect, reflexive and civilizational act to implement it is a necessity in the middle level, its objectives consists of the intelligence and skills of the learner in the field in question: academic, social, as an example of manners and new creations
